Our company started its activity more than 30 ago (around 1974) in the chemical sector distributing only Bayer products, as Todeca, and later, on february 1976 became a corporation .
Shareholding
It is a family company with only 3 shareholders who own 100%, with allows take decisions very quickly.
Geographical Target
Its geografical area of sales target is Spain, Portugal, Morroco, Greece and USA with about 1000 clients in 2006.
