Silicone aerosol, multipurpose tool in spray

Silicone spray has become a very versatile and popular tool for more than 50 years, due to its effectiveness in protection, lubrication and impermeability on a multitude of surfaces, it is physiologically odorless, colorless and transparent and very easy to apply.

At room temperature, an extraordinarily fine silicone dispersion is obtained, which allows a greater number of applications of each product. If the spray is used at a distance of approximately 30 cm, it achieves a regular and homogeneous film and with easy control in the amount of application.

The active substance of the silicone spray is composed of a silicone oil, to which some additives are added to improve its properties against oxidation, wear, lubrication and improve the application, as a propellant for the expulsion of the active component and the obtaining a fine and regular dispersion, the silicone aerosol contains a CFC-free LPG gas, which gives it better environmental neutrality.

The application of silicone oil in spray creates a thin film, which isolates the material from the surrounding environment, therefore it is a great anti-corrosion, anti-humidity, dust and other agents protector, due to this it is an excellent option as a protector of the oxidation in metal parts and machinery in general and inhibitor of scale and other pathologies due to humidity, its appearance is transparent and consequently does not modify the color of the protected surface.

Effective lubricant due to its natural properties of reducing friction and the barrier effect between surfaces, its presentation form and its extraordinary diffuser, it allows uniform application of the product on surfaces, bearings, rollers and other moving parts, its mode of operation decreases resistance and wear, overload due to friction between parts and can improve energy efficiency.
